Yes, all clients will be required to pay 50% of the total balance at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be due on or before the day of the event.

We are currently licensed and registered in Chatham County, GA but will travel up to 50 miles after confirming licensure and permit requirements in other counties.

Cancellations prior to your event will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Exceptions will be made for state and county mandates that would prevent your event from legally being allowed to take place (i.e. COVID).

Should your event need to be rescheduled, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to work with you to uphold our end of the contract as long as the new date does not interfere with any other previously booked events.

Your booking includes a free consultation to arrange event details and provide an alcohol shopping list to accommodate your event. The event fees cover the cost of all non-alcoholic mixers and bar supplies (cups, napkins, straws, ice, garnishes), the bartender's service, including hourly wages to cover set-up and break down, and any other add-on services you purchase.

Our packages account for one bartender for every 50 guests. If you feel that is not enough, you may choose to hire an additional bartender for an increased fee.
